In recent years, Hindu temples across Canada have experienced a troubling rise in vandalism, desecration, and hate‑motivated incidents. These attacks directed at sacred spaces meant for prayer, reflection, and community gathering represent more than isolated acts of mischief. They signal a growing pattern of hostility toward a religious community and raise serious concerns about religious freedom, public safety, and social cohesion in Canada. Places of worship hold deep spiritual, cultural, and emotional significance.
