Glimpse: HCF Hosts Grand Restoration of Ayodhya Mandir Celebration, Uniting Peel, Halton, and Hamilton Regions January 18, 2025, Brampton, ON – The Hindu Canadian Foundation (HCF) hosted a landmark event commemorating the restoration of Shri Ram Mandir, the most revered religious site for Hindus worldwide. This day-long celebration brought together Hindu communities across Peel, Halton, and Hamilton regions, showcasing unparalleled cultural pride and spiritual unity. A Day of Spiritual Magnificence: The event began at Hindu Sabha Mandir, Brampton, where the Tamil Hindu Community from GTA recited the Vishnu Sahasranama Paath with profound devotion. Shri MadhuSoodan Lama ji, President of Hindu Sabha Mandir, officially flagged off the Rath Yatra after the recitation. Despite the biting -10°C temperatures, devotees passionately participated in the Hanuman Chalisa chanting session led by Shri Ajay Tyagi and Pandit Manoj Gairola ji under the towering 55-foot Pratima of Shri Hanuman ji. To sustain the spiritual momentum, the temple graciously served a sumptuous breakfast and packed meals for the hundreds of Ram Bhakts embarking on the journey. Connecting Mandirs to Honor Mandir Restoration: The Rath Yatra embarked on a spiritually uplifting journey spanning over 200 km in a single day, connecting four temples and uniting hundreds of devotees: Hindu Sabha Mandir, Brampton The Yatra commenced with positive energy and prayers, as devotees gathered for Hindu rituals. Triveni Mandir, Brampton Upon arrival, the Yatra was warmly welcomed with vibrant chants of Shri Ram and showers of rose petals. Pandit Manoj ji led the devotees in a heartfelt Aarti and Hanuman Chalisa chanting session, adding to the day’s spiritual fervor. President Shri Ajay Mahajan ji and his team organized an exceptional reception. Pandit Shri Gaurav ji and Shri Shashikant Bhushan ji led melodious Ram Bhajans, culminating in a heartfelt Hanuman Chalisa and grand Aarti.
