Ontario, Canada: Dheeraj (DJ), a long‑time Conservative grassroots organizer and community advocate, has been elected to the National Council of the Conservative Party of Canada, becoming the first Hindu to serve in this national governance role.

Originally from Madhubani, Bihar, and now based in Ontario, Dheeraj brings a blend of technical expertise, public policy training, and on‑the‑ground political experience to the position. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering and Public Policy from a Canadian institution.

Before seeking National office within the party, Dheeraj worked as a Parliamentary staffer to MP Dan Muys, where he focused on community engagement, constituency outreach, and organizational support. His experience in federal constituency operations shaped his understanding of members' concerns and local priorities.

Dheeraj has been active in multiple Conservative campaigns across Ontario, contributing to volunteer coordination, voter outreach, and local party development. He personally travelled to Sudbury, North Bay, rural Ottawa, and several other regions, meeting members face‑to‑face, door‑knocking, and listening to local perspectives.
